As a business member, you can book closed time on the sample floor for exclusive access to technicians, equipment, and the testing lab. With secure storage, private brand suites, and strict IP protection, you can run proprietary innovation projects with a new level of speed and collaboration. In the MiOT Cafe, Design Commons, and rooftop balcony, the Hub will come to life with a regular calendar of events, receptions, and seminars.

Each floor has a kitchen, and may include dedicated private office space, showcasing space for vendors, open flexible desk space, a hands-on makerspace, bookable meeting space, workshop / lecture rooms, and industry-specific resources. Flexible lease terms and various space types are available.
The 10,000 square foot Materials Library, in partnership with OIA Global, brings together next-generation performance and foundational materials for footwear and apparel in what will be the largest open materials library in the country.

The Engine will be the first campus building dedicated to finished goods manufacturing capabilities for both footwear and apparel.
At 10,000 square feet THE ENGINE will be home to a production-ready supplier footprint—the first of more production-ready buildings on campus. Special tax and tariff programs will provide advantages for domestic production.
